VANTA keeps as little of your information as it can. This page explains what we collect when you reserve a seat, why we keep it, and the one cookie that remembers your choice on this website. Plain language, nothing hidden.

What we collect

When you send the reservation form we receive the name, email address, date, room and time slot you enter. That is all. We do not ask for payment details on this website, and there is nothing on these pages that quietly gathers more than what you type in yourself.

Why we keep it

We use those details for one thing: to hold your station and to reach you if a booking needs to change. We do not sell this information, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. When a reservation is well past and no longer useful to us, its record is cleared.

The cookie

This site sets a single cookie named cookie_consent after you answer the notice at the bottom of the screen. It only stores whether you accepted or declined, so the banner does not reappear on every visit. It holds no name, no email and no browsing history. You can remove it any time through your browser settings, and the banner will simply ask again on your next visit.

Other services

The only outside resource these pages load is a web font, requested so the site reads the way it should. We do not embed trackers, analytics scripts, social widgets or advertising pixels anywhere on this website.

Your choices

You may ask us what reservation details we hold for you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Send that request from the same email address you booked with and we will take care of it. If you would rather not share anything at all, you are always welcome to book by phone instead.
