These terms cover how you use the VANTA website and how you spend your time on our floor. They exist so the dark and the quiet stay intact for every guest. Booking a seat means you accept them.

Reservations

A reservation holds one station for the room and slot you chose. Please arrive within the first part of your window, or the seat may open up for someone waiting. If your plans change, let us know so we can offer the desk to another player. Times are counted by the hour or the block, and time is the only thing we charge for.

Conduct on the floor

The house rules are simple and they are the whole point of this place. Voices stay at a whisper. Voice chat and game audio run through your own headset, never out loud. Phones stay on silent with the screen face down. No open flame, no bright screens pointed at the room, no food at the desks. Follow them and everyone keeps the focus they came for.

Keeping the dark

Our lighting is kept low on purpose, and walkway strips guide you safely through it. Please do not add your own lights, prop doors that leak brightness onto the floor, or disturb the sound curtains around other stations. Staff may ask anyone breaking these rules to step out so the room stays steady for the rest.

Age and access

Younger guests are welcome with a responsible adult. We ask that everyone treats the equipment gently and reports any fault rather than working around it. Damage caused on purpose or through clear carelessness may be charged for.

The website

This website is offered as is, to share what we do and to take reservations. We keep the details accurate, but hours and rooms can change. Nothing here is a gambling service and no money prizes are offered. If a term ever conflicts with the law where you are, the rest still stands.
